Drop 001 production model

The first 30 pairs are secured. Later orders join the next production allocation and are handled in the order received. Dispatch timing will be confirmed by email once the production schedule is finalised.

South African delivery

Current configured checkout options are Standard delivery at R100 and Express delivery at R150. A qualifying free-delivery option may appear automatically when its checkout conditions are met. The final available service and charge are shown before payment.

International delivery

International delivery is available only to destinations with an active rate at checkout. The currently configured eligible international rate is R310. Destination eligibility and the final charge are confirmed after the delivery address is entered.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other border fees unless Shopify checkout expressly states that those charges are included. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Shipping calculation

Shopify applies the delivery rate configured for the destination and cart. Unless checkout specifically identifies a live courier-calculated service, the displayed rate is a store-configured rate rather than a live quotation from every courier.

Digital items

Internet Side Quests and Collector Upgrades are digital participation services and do not require shipping. In a mixed cart, shipping applies to the physical products only.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed after a physical order is dispatched, where tracking is available. Please allow the courier system time to register its first scan. Digital purchases do not receive shipping tracking.

Address changes

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email us immediately if an address is wrong. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment processing begins.

Delays

Courier, customs, weather, security, labour and other events outside reasonable control can affect delivery. Contact us if tracking has not moved for an unusual period and we will investigate using the available carrier information.
