Nothing on this page removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect physical items

Email memdropza@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where practical. Where the item is confirmed as damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, an appropriate remedy will be arranged.

Change-of-mind physical returns

MEME DROP accepts requests for a voluntary return within 7 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. Contact us before returning anything so that return instructions can be provided.

Because socks are personal-wear items, opened, tried-on, worn or washed socks are not accepted for a change-of-mind return where a hygiene exclusion lawfully applies. This does not affect rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-delivery costs. Original shipping charges are not normally refunded for a voluntary change-of-mind return.

Preorders

A preorder may be cancelled before it enters production, personalisation or dispatch processing. Once processing has begun, the ordinary return rules apply. If MEME DROP cannot fulfil an order, the affected item will be cancelled and the amount paid for it will be refunded.

Digital participation extras

Internet Side Quests and Collector Upgrades are digital participation or review services; no physical item is delivered. They are generally not refundable once moderation, verification, certificate preparation or other performance has begun, except where a duplicate charge occurred, a technical failure prevented receipt of the submission, the purchased service was not provided within a reasonable period after all necessary information was supplied, or a refund is otherwise required.

Purchase does not guarantee publication, selection, a particular outcome, exact wording, permanent placement or a specific certificate number. A submission rejected for moderation reasons will normally be returned for a replacement submission rather than automatically cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside MEME DROP’s control. Confirmation will be sent when a refund has been initiated.
