Terms of Use

These terms govern use of memedrop.co.za and purchases from MEME DROP™. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the delivery, returns and privacy pages linked from the storefront. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the store
You must provide accurate information and may not interfere with the storefront, checkout, security or other customers. You may not use interactive features to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive or infringing material.
Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, images and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor display differences can occur. The final product total, shipping charge, currency and payment method are the details shown by Shopify checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfilment where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, fraud risk, a clear listing error, unavailable production capacity, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. A paid amount for a cancelled item will be refunded.
Preorders
Drop 001 uses a production-allocation and preorder model. Production and dispatch estimates may change. Material updates will be sent using the contact information supplied at checkout.
Independent novelty merchandise
MEME DROP products are independent meme-inspired novelty merchandise. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any depicted person, player, club, league, competition or sponsor.
Side Quests and other submissions
Interactive purchases provide a reviewed participation service rather than a guaranteed public result. By submitting a name, word, message, confession, vote, colour or other material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You grant MEME DROP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, store, moderate, format and, if selected, display or reproduce the submission in connection with the store, archive, social content and promotion of the relevant project. You retain any ownership rights you already hold. MEME DROP may reject a submission, request a replacement, shorten it for formatting or remove it from display. Purchase does not guarantee selection, exact wording, permanence, placement, public credit or a particular vote result.
Collector upgrades
Collector upgrades require a valid related Drop 001 purchase. They may be added in the same checkout or connected to an earlier order. Display names are moderated. Certificate and archive numbers are assigned only after eligibility is verified and do not create ownership, equity, financial rights or an entitlement to future products.
Intellectual property
The MEME DROP name, original store copy, layouts, graphics, archive presentation and original creative material are owned by or licensed to MEME DROP. Ordinary links and screenshots may be shared for personal commentary, but the store or brand assets may not be reproduced or commercially exploited in a misleading or infringing manner.
Third-party services
The store relies on Shopify, payment providers, couriers and other service providers. Their services may occasionally be unavailable and may have separate terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEME DROP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. This does not apply where responsibility cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and contact
